| I'm taking a vacation in August, and would like to go to North Korea for the games they have there, since it's a rare opportunity for an American to enter the country. Does anyone know of any sites that arranges trips there, or how else I could go about getting there? |

be warned that it will run at probably 2 million won but will include a 7-10 day tour of north korea as well...
Also you have to go to beijing as you can't go overland from seoul to pyeongyang....
Always wanted to go, but never found the right time as yet...am aware of all the ethical arguments but curiosity won out. |

| also to get a visa, you need to 'hide' that you are working in South Korea. Of all the countries to be fudging things to get a visa, I would think that North Korea would be right down the bottom of the list. |

April 15th to May 15th and August 15th to October 15th. |

Whenever KJI feels like having it. Really. the last several were cancelled, no explanation given. The one before that was moved back a month. No reason given. The one before that moved up a week. I'm astonished someone found actual dates. Wouldn't count on even that though. |
