Is is just me or would you rather hold your "P" before using one of those squatter toilets?
I just can't see myself ..you know..........squatting.
Can anyone of you use these with any degree of satisfaction? |

| If the back wall is close enough, I prop my left hand against the back wall and squat as best I can. Also, watch out for the splash factor. Always check out the deminsions of the stall before trying. Also, make sure all the valuables in your pockets are safely stored in a bag. |

| It's really not that hard. You squat, you sh*t, you wipe. Have you never gone while camping or anything? |

| I guess aiming would be an issue, if using an older squatter. The newer ones are spacious. Also, make sure there is either enough toilet paper in the stall or that you have something to wipe with. When I first came here, I didn't realize toilet paper isn't considered standard in a bathroom. |

Yeah, when you're in outdoors, never have to worry about aiming and splash factor.... |

Just do what I do...The Iron Cross.
By the way, there should be a sticky thread warning newcomers to remove shoes, socks, and pants completely before attempting to squeeze out a fudge dragon into one of those things for the first time. |

If hte bathroom is gross, I would much rather squat than sit. At least squatting, you don't have to touch anything. of course sitting is more comfortable, but I've become rather adept at the squat in teh last 3 years.
You know you are a squatting pro when you can successfully use the squatter on a train. |

But what good is the "Iron Cross" if the dude's got the pant on while he's sh*tting? |

I prefer squatting, myself. I don't see what the problem would be unless you are overweight...

W-w-w-wait - seoulsucker, you grab the top of the stall walls, plant yer legs on either wall and toss a foot-long from two feet up?
Am getting that right? 'Cause that sounds like fun... |
