If you HAD to sit down for two hours and have dinner alone with any dictator past or present, dead or alive - who would you choose and why?

I'd take him to outback, have a nice stake, tell a few jokes, maybe a few Jewish or Polish ones. Reminisce about Hitler and Stalingrad. Then maybe after a few drinks head back to mine and watch some 24. Then what happens , happens.

by far the greatest, i.e. craziest dictator of all time. Even after being in power he never yielded to the temptations of wealth..
