Give the $20M to the Great Leader Kim, ask him to move to Dok Do as the hero of the Korean people to have and to hold Dok Do into eternity, he can open his own Disney Land there and invite MJ to come and join him. Disney DokDo.
This would allow for the Re-Unification of the South with the North, eliminate the Kim regime and Restore Harmony to the Penninsula and all of east asia, allowing open and free trade with and throughout China to both Korea and Japan.
Never mind.
