Has someone here pi$$ed you off to a point where you have wanted to have a round or two with them in the ring?

I have...I am not proud of it, but the individual angered me to a point where I wanted to teach him a lesson by feeding him his teeth...but like i said, I am not proud of it.

I won't speak of what came of my PM, but this person no longer replies to my posts, so I think the message was sent.
How about you, Racetraitor, Scouse Mouse or anyone else? There is no need for details, but if you want to give it up, by all means, I'm sure they will be read.

I voted with the 3rd option because I really don't see the point. Online Hero's would never actually respond to a challenge and that would only annoy you more.

That said... if somebody was to lay down the gauntlet I would probably accept. I don't really see that happening though as I am not usually one to cause trouble to the point where that could happen. I don't anonymous tough guys so I am hardly going to act like one myself Wink

I hear ya SM...I have a bit of a mouth, but I don't think I take it to a point where someone blows their lid with me. If they do, I would apologise for sure. No point in really going after someone verbally, be it if you know them or not. It just shows that one can be an ass, which isn't cool in the grand scheme of things.
There are a few people here who do need an ass whopping or to be confronted though, because they are hiding behind the PC. Makes me think of how much they would piss their pants if when and so it would happen.

Don't get me wrong, if somebody needs a beating I'm happy to give it. I just prefer it to be their idea Wink

I have, but only in cases when the threat was warranted and I'd already been threatened myself.

For instance, I didn't threaten confuzed at any point, until suddenly he sent me an apology saying he wouldn't come and beat me. Only then did I send him any kind of tangible threat, simply that he wasn't forgiven and it was still on. Considering he'd already threatened me about 40 times, I think that was fair.

Any good message board should have a zero-tolerance policy for sending unsolicited threats, but this site doesn't have very active moderators so it's a different story.

I've offered to meet somone in person before... not a physical threat, but more so because I know that people get quite brave on here.

I have a feeling that two people, face-to-face, would be able to talk more civilly to each other.

Agreed. I think that threats on this board need to be met with a ban.

Oh yeah, I remember now. Pimp of Korea or blynch or one of the other trolls came on here talking about how he beats his wife, and I recall threatening him for that.

Internet fighting is lame, which is why I'm not totally anonymous on here.

That is only cool if they antagonize it then offer a shot at the title...nothing better than watching a loud mouth get a fist full of chiclets...
I went to highschool with this guy...he thought he was the man...his boys used to get into fights alot, but he would stand back and watch...then when one of his "opponets" was down, he would go in with the sucker kick or punch...*beep*.

So about 2 months after one of these scraps, this one tough m-fer comes to our local pub, with just one friend. He was in a fight, one on one and buddy blinded him. He came to the pub, knowing he was not on his turf, called out cheap shot....his buddies looked at him and said you got to go him...the look on his face, priceless!

The fight lasted 30 seconds...buddy fed to quick ones to the face, big mouth dropped, one boot to the jaw, and he was dinning on liquid beef and potatoes for a month in the hospital with a busted jaw. He got what he deserved. Know more cheap shots from him! Lesson learned, the hard way

That is very classy C.C. Instead of meeting someone, why not have a pint and a laugh of why someone is being so rude...good on ya.

Now about confuzed, the only thing I ever heard back from the mods about him was "I'm wondering about the wisdom of responding to a post in which the OP claims to be in the mafia..."

Yes, thanks for backing me up, guys.

Ironic thing: Past threats are why the mods aren't as active as before.

'Fraid yer on your own there, Racetraitor.
