I am currently teaching at a boys high school and want to start using newspapers as teachng material.

I want to give each student or at least every third student a copy in class. I do not want to subscribe to a paper because I am not planning on using a paper in class every single lesson.

I want to use old copies from the previous day or week but the Koreantimes and the Herald said they do not keep old copies.

Does anyone have an idea where I can get a stack of old papers on a regular basis?

Maybe recycling depots? Maybe shops who do not sell all their copies?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Stores like 7/11 get money refunded for their papers that they don't sell. I would try something like Starbucks in Itaewon. Many customers go in there and leave papers. They might even subscribe to one as well. Worth trying. Look around Itaewon, there might be more places too. I guess this is all dependant on if you are in Seoul.
