BS to you cosmo, the picture I was refering to that was posted was NOT a .50 cal rifle. Your link is irrelevant.

Furthermore, I never once argued for/defended the legalization of any specific type of firearm. My argument was against fearmongering in the form of posting scary LOOKING guns that relatively few people own to argue that all guns should be banned. The gun picture posted that I refered to in your quote was a military looking semi-auto rifle.

Either you didn't read very carefully or you are trying to misrepresent what I said. I don't appreciate either.

I'm not here to call names.

I will say that most people, at least the people whose opinions are worth thinking about, can read and draw distictions between reasoned discourse and reactionary drivel. Nobody ever risks looking like an idiot as long as they think carefully before they speak or write something and are respectful of others, no matter who they argue with.

*footnote* this post no longer makes sense because cosmo edited his above post in which he calls demi an idiot and implies that I am an idiot for debating with him.

I'm glad I have my gun. . . Wink

But seriously, have you given up on trying to shore up your, as of now, thinly supported opinion?

*Edit* I just got the actual intent of your joke. I'll be waiting for your response, hopefully it will be free of childish namecalling this time.

Hey demi, what happened? I thought you were coming back to "get me?". . . "right after class," of course.

You were not hoping this would all just evaporate into the internet ether while you embark on your next unsophisticated rant du jour were you?

No counter to my arguments? I'm sure there are some that could be made by someone with anything more than an uninformed, knee jerk reaction to the issue.

Not even a manly admission of defeat?

That's bush league man. If you want to play ball with the big boys. . .
