Sounds like you know what you're talking about. How many second-born babies have you abandoned? |

Of course they should be saved! Animals are precious creatures and they don't say mean things like humans, especially some of the people on this board. |

Actually, semi-humourous story here (well, had to be there...buy anyhow...):
So I was teaching at my university language institute Stateside where we truly had multi-ethnic classes. Topic came up about unusual cuisine and dog meat, sure enough, reared its head. An student from Ecuador mentioned that they saw a video of Koreans and Chinese eating dog meat, and that the Chinese killed a St. Bernard and, he assumes, at it. My Chinese student(s) confirmed that some Chinese eat any kind of dog they get their paws on, and then my Swiss (guy) student was a bit shocked and pissed off. So I, in jest, say..."Hey...just eat a panda...you'll feel better." He laughed, thought it was a great idea...my Chinese students though....

And we all know it wont be long before David Attenborough stepping off a plane from the bamboo forests of western China saying "We shall have peace in our time!!"

Pandas are bears --> bears are smart --> Yogi is smarter than the average bear, though --> maybe apes are smarter than bears, and if not...this could happen if we don't put an end to this Panda madness:

Are pandas bears? I thought there was some kind of bear controversy just like koalas. I'm too lazy to look it up though.
I had a friend of mine tell me that pandas were definitely nature's D students. I saw a video of a panda and it didn't even know it was pregnant and suddenly this little baby comes flying out of the panda terrifying it. It was seriously a 2 second delivery and it seriously flew out in a short burst.
They are endangered not only because of encroachment on their habitat but because they just don't put forth the effort. The zoos need to show pandas panda porn just to get them interested in mating. They seem to be a lot effort to keep in existence. Cuteness sure has carried them a long way; no one would go out of their way to help them if they were ugly like condors or something. |

That's it! Proof positive that they are smart little rascals...have already befuddled the humans as to what they exactly are! Man's days are limited... mark my words...

Yes, yes, save the pandas. If only for species diversification and the cure for cancer.
I wonder what they taste like? I've had some interesting stuff. Kudu, Blesbok, Eland, giraffe, zebra, Cape buffalo, monkey, tapir, moose, grizzly and black bear, puppies, and kitty cats among others.... Where would panda fit? |
