I have never actually registered my marriage with the UK.
I got married in Thailand and as far as I was aware that the UK recognises a official Thai marriage (not the Buddhist ceremony crap).
However the Korean consulate doesn't and wants to see an English marriage certificate.
Will the UK embassy in Seoul issue me with one for my Thai marriage certificate or am I going to have to go back to Thailand to do it?
ANy idea what the process is and where is the embassy? |

The British Embassy is across from City hall (Seoul) to the right of the palace. You will have to go up the driveway. It's only open in the A.M.. |

cool im married to a thai chick as well, but im american, anyways you will have to go back to thailand and have your original marriage certificate translated into english by the ministry of foreign affairs, then go to your embassy and register your marriage with them..... at least i think
you should probably call the embassy and ask |
