Go to the Tap Dong area of Cheongju City where the Lotteria ands Baskin Robbins 31 ice cream joint is located. On that strip of the street and the one that is around the corner from the Lotteria burger joint, you'll see lots of hogwons.

anyway, try to land a job in sachang-dong if you can. that's where most of the action is.
