There's going to be an unusual event this Friday.

Caulkrasher
Saint John the Gambler
Suck Stuff
The Rocktigers
DJ BludKlat (Playing 80's/New-Wave/DancePop ALL NIGHT)

Doors open at 9pm
Show starts at 9:30pm
Cover is 10,000W
includes Foreplay Raffle Ticket
(draw on June 16th)

I have no idea about the raffle.

My friend Adam is going to be DJing an odd selection of music, which sounds like it could be pretty cool. If you're looking for something to do, don't miss this show.

Is this one of those all-nighters?

Sounds like a good night. But why is it unusual for a DJ to play 80's music?

Awesome - as cheesy as it sounds, nothing would be better right now than whiling a night away listening to 80's music - hope he has Rod Stewart's 'Some Guys Have All The Luck' or I'm busting heads!

This is the Korea! Korean man look like American glam fan in 80's now! Same fashion, mullet, earring, make-up, but no understand the Western 80's culture! You don't like, then please leave the Korea!

Mainly because it's at a punk show and the DJ is a skinhead.

We're going to have to consult the skinhead oracle on this one.

[shameless_bump]Yeah, it should be a great show: good loud punk music and good loud non-punk. Be there or don't. It's your choice.[/shameless_bump]

P.S. I'm not a skinhead and I think it is strange he's playing all 80s music. I am not sure how much of that I can handle... brings back university memories that are better left buried...

We'll see how it goes. I think punk music and new wave are diametric opposites, but I don't know how that'll go down.

Here is Racetraitor's map and it is a good one:

I think the closest exit is Hapjeong exit #4 (합정 #4) which comes out near the fire station. Walk straight ahead until you come to the first set of stoplights, turn right, go up and over the hill , then down until you see the Family Mart. Make the right there and Drug/DGBD is on your right-hand side. Hate to sound cliche, but "you can't miss it."

Well the eclecticity/diversity of this event is the reason that I am going, so good job whoever put this bill together! I dig St. John the Gambler as well.
