Turn off the ondol and save energy by only leaving the fridge on when going out.

Date nice-looking girls with decent dating histories - I'm not that particular and kinda chubby but what I date here is much better than home.

Taking a spit bath - Had a shower last night but simply took a Korean style shower this morning with a bowl simply washing my hair.

More to come...

Drink oversweetened instant coffee

Sit on floors in restaurants

Wear earplugs to bed

Dodge motorbikes and cars on sidewalks

See a beautiful princess every 5 minutes

Not worry about how high the bill is in restaurants

Pay outrageous prices for imported goods

Actually have spare cash leftover at the end of the month

Watch people break traffic laws with impunity

Allow another male to hold my hand in a noraebong and try to dance with me. In fact, they often directly hold your hand - I was escorted - hand-in-hand - by a waiter to a table at a "nightclub" last weekend.

It still feels strange, but I don't get offended by it as it's just their culture and it's harmless. But if it happened in England...

Yeah, the gf and I take a lot of joy tossing shoulders into the jackasses not paying attention when walking, or the people standing directly in the middle of the door when the subway car stops. I love squaring off the shoulders, lowering my center of gravity just a tad, then plowing through whatever inconsiderate simps think they're going to shove me aside to get on the subway car.
