I'm not sure. I know that in buying we put a lot of trust in the people we deal with and every so often that trust is misplaced or abused. I would like to think that their is a reason that the computer never arrived and that my money has never been returned. I was a little PO'ed and did swear a tad in a PM I sent her, but she did accuse me of lying regarding not receiving the computer. She had left it up to a co-worker to post it to me. I've asked for proof, by way of a postal receipt, but have never seen that either.
