What should my fridge be set to? I have one dial that says "yak" on the far right, "joong" in the middle and "kang" on the extreme left side.

Stick it in the middle and monitor the temperature. Adjust a little bit at a time. The door will be warmer. Keep the vegetables low or in the crisper so they don't freeze. Kang is colder on my fridge. Uee is warmer.

FYI
Sanitation requirements for restaurants in the US require that refrigerators be kept a 40F or less.

To answer your question, "yak" means weak, "joong" means medium, and "kang" means strong.
