Where can I get soundproofing foam to put on a large window to block out at least some of the racket that regularly goes on outside my place?

Any help appreciated

It's easier just to buy earplugs if you're having trouble sleeping.

Risk fan death. I find running a fan near your bed creates white noise that blocks out most of the sound.

Running a fan or range fan (that fan above your stove) should do the trick.
