Where can I get soundproofing foam to put on a large window to block out at least some of the racket that regularly goes on outside my place?
Any help appreciated |

It's easier just to buy earplugs if you're having trouble sleeping. |

5 pounds I got 100 ear plugs a couple of years back |

Risk fan death. I find running a fan near your bed creates white noise that blocks out most of the sound. |

Running a fan or range fan (that fan above your stove) should do the trick. |
