How would you describe someone who finds the need to post a thread based on what should remain a PM and deliberately omits the context?

a) a punk
b) a person with too much time on his hands
c) a person in need of an anger management course
d) a person who would date the Bald Britney thinking she'd become a skinhead
e) all of the above

Sieg Heil

e) seems highly appropriate.

Whilie i may be mistaken, HEIL" from what i undertand essentially means ... HOLY ...

ala HOLOSTiC

Eithr way, the clearly disinforming provocatreur & shameless obfuscateur sounds to me to be someting of a poorly Thyrasamacus "schooled" obscuarotat.

Where precisely is the logic?

molla!

Or an imbecile nazi. Know any smart nazis?

Nazi's were pretty smart people. But they were power hungry and abusive aswell.

A couple of the top ones were certifiably insane, too.

Watch the German movie of the Wannsee Conference (with or without English subtitles) and you'll see that they were incredibly eloquent, which is quite chilling actually because the topic of discussion at hand is the extermination of the Jews. It's based on the shorthand notes that were taken by a secretary attending the conference. She was so precise (some would say anal) that she even recorded the jokes and laughter.

Well, just what is our lovely little sane and most rational of friends, jinju, up to here? I think it is quite clear that he is trying to present someone on the forum (with whom he has corresponded by pm) as a whacko or nazi sympathiser.

However, a little jump of imagination leads me to another conclusion. I suspect someone signed off sarcastically with 'Sieg Heil' in order to mock what s/he felt was jinju's own facist-like stance.

Jinju has quickly exploited it to make this other person appear whacked. While jinju's not particularly bright, he does show some cunning.

Hitler killed millions of people. Nearly exterminated all the Jews, and had his sights set on Slavs. His plan would have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of millions and enslavement of millions more.

Steve recently also got all over Hite for the same sort of crap. In my eyes, this makes Steve a hypocrite. Anyone for whom Hitler and the Nazis can be a reason for cracking jokes has his morals floating in sewers.

Says the blood thirsty advocate of bombing the crap out of Iran. I know it must seem strange to you that I consider young teenage hezbollah guerrillas to be human beings. To you they are the new untermenchen. You would no doubt have made a fine nazi trooper if you had somehow been born into 1920 Germany. You have the perfect I-see-only-in-black-and-white drone's mindset. Facsists rely on people like you for their powerbase.

Simon says, "Hug and make up!".

Ah, I just wanted the chance to post in the C.E. forum! ....okay...I know when I'm not welcome...(head lowered, shoulders slumped and shuffling off into the G.D. forum and quickly flashes "the one-fingered salute").

I saw a Korean today wearing a tan shirt. On the back was the Nazi logo of the Iron Eagle and the swastika. One like the picture here:

On the front of his shirt it said "Army". I confronted him and told him "That is a symbol of hatred and it is totally disgusting". He replied along with his friend in quite good English actually, "No, it is just fashion" (Well the Konglish pronounciation anyway). I told him if you wore such a shirt in any Western country he was likely to get his head knocked off. He sort of chuckled and said, "That's ok. Just fashion".

What I don't understand is the fascination with Hitler in this county. Hitler was allied with Imperial Japan which Koreans loath with justifiable reason. I have seen Hitler bars in this country, Hitler used in Korean textbooks to represent the "Hi" sound in Japanese (Hi-tler) and now this latest "fashion" abomination. I regret not asking him where he bought that so I could lodge a protest. Are some Koreans that ignorant or do they just not care? Am I being too sensitive since I am merely a foreigner in this country? You tell me...

Guri Guy:

I suspect much of it is a callous fashion statement. Subconsciously, some Koreans could be expressing admiration for the Nazi brand of nationalism.

Big Bird:

Moral indignation from jinju is like Newt Gingrich railing against Bill Clinton's infidelity.

You're correct, by the way: my use of "Sieg Heil" was only to mock jinju, the would-be fascist rabble rouser.

Jinju, are you still sore about the Polish cavalry riding into battle against German panzers?

Really, for a guy whose ancestral home has been invaded and partioned to death over the centuries it strikes me as more than a bit ironic that you're so quick to want to use indiscriminate force against others, however distasteful their policies.

And since you're Canadian, what business have to dictate the use of American forces?

Wow, Mr.Ph.D. is reduced to insulting my ethnicity and my country. Its actually quite pathetic Steve seeing as you are insulting what is maybe one of only a handful allies that the US has left in the world. But hey, I never suspected you were intelligent, seeing as you cant even lie about your salary without me figuring it out in a heartbeat.

I asked you why you wanted to know my nationality and ethic background. Was it to call me names and make me cry? Well, you are doing the former, but you are nowhere near the latter. Now, should we try putting the shoe on the other foot and start insulting you-know-who?

This doesnt wash Steve-o, because you were right there with me leading the charge against Hite when he did the same. What this really shows is that you are a pathetic little hypocrite. When Hite did it it was bad because Hitler was bad and he killed many people but when good ole' Steve does it, well, c'mon, its only a joke, eh? Go to Israel and make that joke you stupid idiot. See if they laugh. Oh wait, thats yet another staunch US ally...

Let's see, Steve insults Poland, Israel .... but defends CHINA?! You must be a real fan of China's pro-American, pro-Democratic, pro-Human rights, pro-freedom, pro-fair trade stance, eh Steve?

Jinju:

I finally realized what your problem is: you are limited to literal reading comprehension. You cannot, by your own admission, see beyond black and white.

Let me clue you in: I was guilty only of goading you in my reference to Poles. Nowhere in my previous post did I malign them. In fact, I admire Poles tremendously, their adherence to the Faith, their hardiness, and their role as a staunch American ally.

As for Der Fuehrer, both Hite and I were goading you on. Obviously you missed that tactic. But it's no fun anymore because it's too darn easy. You grab at the bait faster than a half-starved catfish at dawn.

What's sad is that you can't see how jingoistic your tone is. Nor can you apparently see any value in diplomacy.

You really need an anger management class big time.
