You have to pay into pension and your school has to contribute equally and you have to have national health care. It's the law and any school who doesn't have that in it's contract is shady. |

They are shady AND breaking the law and you are asking for problems if you sign with them.
National pension and National medical are required BY LAW for ALL foreign employees. |
