Quick question
Possibly considering hitting Japan for a few days in my week off. For the ferry services from Busan to Japan (Fukoka / Osaka), is it possible to walk up and get a ticket, or will it need to be booked in advance?
Also, anyone got an idea if Kangsan is offering a package... and if so, how much it jumps from the current price?

| I would suggest booking ahead. It was pretty full last time I took it, and that wasn't at high season. Kangsan's price doesn't change, at least I'm pretty sure. |

hmmm...instead of asking a bunch of idiots on a message board, wouldnt it be easier to email or call kangsan yourself? |

| Book in advance!!! Twice I have tried to buy ferry tickets TWO WEEKS prior and not been able to get on the boat. |

I tried to book the first week in August (7 weeks in advance) and I'm on the waiting list.

If you book now you might say get a seat on a weekday on that week from Tuesday to Thurdsay/Friday...
It will be a little after the peak Korean holiday so some seats should eb available...
However don't expect to roll up during those times...you can in the winter months but not in August...
kangsan does offer a package and they will know availability so ring them up.... |
