Hey guys up for sale is a 1.5 month old laptop from Samsung, the R70. Here are the detailed specs:
2.0 ghz T7300 Core 2 duo Santa Rosa platform 800 mhz FSB (This is the newly launched platform from May, don't get it confused with the slower 667 FSB core 2 duo's, the meroms)
2 gb of DDR 667 mhz ram (Upgraded from 1 gb)
15.4" WXGA glossy widescreen 1280x800 (no dead, hot pixels, absolutely gorgeous)
160 GB 5400 RPM hard drive
8600M GS 256 GDDR3 meg video card (This is an EXCELLENT video card, for all you technophiles, this is the first line of nvidia's video card that FULLY support directx 10 and include purevideo technology. Has NO problem playing ALL the current games on HIGH graphical setting. You won't be disappointed!)
Intel wireless A/B/G
Gigabit LAN.
8x dvd dual layer burner
3 USB 2.0 ports
Included windows vista home premium. The official one that comes with Samsung is a Korean version but I have the english version installed.
HDMI port, so you can connect it to your hi-def TV or projector.
6 in 1 card reader.
A built in webcam so you can video chat with anyone else who has one.
6 cell li-ion battery (gets about 3 to 3.5 hours with general websurfing with wireless ON and brightness set to low)
1 year international Samsung warranty (which is really good)
Weighs less than 6 pounds (5.8 pounds)

3dmarks06 score (for nerds like me):
This laptop has served me well for the past 1.5 months. I have taken extremely good care of this laptop as there are no noticeable blemishes, scratches or stains. I have cleaned it almost everyday and use a keyboard cover to prevent anything from going into my keyboard. So why am I selling? Well, recently I had decided that I wanted to try out the new Macbook pro. That's it. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this laptop and if something goes wrong, here in Korea or anywhere else, you are covered by Samsung's no hassle international warranty. The warranty is good until June 6th, 2008. Also included is a custom, perfect fit samsung bag that I spent 40k won on. The original box can be included if you like.
I paid a total of 1.8 million won when I bought this from yongsan, including the ram upgrade and the laptop bag. I would like to get around 1.4 million won for it. This is still 120,000 won cheaper than the cheapest online retailer, and that's excluding the bag.
I am located in Mapo-gu, Seoul. So you can come look at it, and play with it if you like.
I'm not really in that big of a hurry to sell this laptop, as there is nothing wrong with it and I'm merely selling it to satiate my desire for the macbook pro =). I will bump this from time to time, so please PM me if you are interested. Thanks for looking.
