simple. name a Korean beer and tell which beer from your homeland it reminds you of.
there are only about half a dozen Korean beers, but hundreds of cheap piss beers from the US, Canada, Australia, etc., so different people will probably have different opinions.
Hite reminds me of Miller High Life. |

Korean beer and Korean music are the two worst things about this country. Hite tastes like Natural Light that was left in my parents garage after a party in high school and forgot about for three months during the summer. Only to be drunk when you have gotten your fake ID stolen and you are completely S.O.L.
The next morning is even worse.

Cass, Hite and OB remind me of slightly carbonated cat's p1ss in a bottle! Don't ask me how I know. I mostly drink imports now as I am older, wealthier and less of a drunkard, but if I have to go the K wobble pop it's Exfeel or Cafri. The second could imitate a poor Mexican beer if you closed your eyes, added enough lime and repeated the mantra "otra cerveza por favor". |

All Korean beer tastes exactly like Australian beer to me - the flavor, the texture, the hops, the chemicals - except that Korean beer is served cold. I like it! |

i think some people have missed the point. that's okay though. i'll clarify. this is really a thread for young poor drunks. one day, when i'm older and wiser and better, i'll be able to drink half a bottle of Chimay or Samuel Smith's Organic every month or so and get to be a super-cool beer gourmand too.
in the meatime, i'll raise my can to you, drain it, crush it against my head, and repeat. |

Can old(er), poor drunks respond? I have been teaching in the States (in the South), so I have never known what it means to have money. I hate it, but my most-consumed beer is Natural Light. If Korean beer tastes anything like Natural Light, I'm sure I'll survive. |
