|
|
I graduated in June; it says that I did on my transcript, I received a nice shiny plaque because I won a graduation award, and I have a certificate from the school saying that I graduated with honors. What I don't have is my actual diploma. I went to a large university and apparently it takes 5 months for diploma processing, meaning it would arrive in October.
Do you know of any alternate way to get the visa besides notarized copies of the actual diploma? I can get letters of verification of graduation, and the transcript says that I'm done, but... if I have to wait until October it'll be November before I can leave for Korea, and I'm really rarin' to go. |

Explain your predicament and bug your school for the parchment.
Now-a-days, for an E2 application, there is no alternative.
no parchment = no E2. Immigration won't even look at an application package without your degree in hand.
