Ok,

So i'm sending off my resume to recruiters and that, and one seems particularly keen although I haven't stated i'm interested in any of their jobs as yet.....

They state in their email:

We were also wondering if you have all documents readily available for
your work visa:
1. A passport valid for at least one more year.
2. Your original University degree diploma,
3. Your official unopened University transcripts sealed by your university
in an envelope (transcripts MUST have a seal or stamp from the university
on the closing flap of the envelope).

What i'm wondering is, at what point do i send them all this, and how exactly? Obviously I'm worried about losing my diploma, and im having trouble getting the transcripts in the condition they describe. I have my transcripts, but not sealed and stamped etc.

You might have to pay for them (my university charges $5/copy), but you should be able to contact your university and get sealed, signed transcripts.
