I can read Korean fonts on most websites like cyworld, but other websites look like this:

8�� ���ǽű��Ǹ��ڼ���ȸ ����
8�� �ſ�ī�� ������ �Һ���� �ȳ�
û�ҳ����� ��ü�� �������� ���� ����
����û������Ī ������������ ���ؿ���


What am I missing? For example, auction.co.kr looks like that. I am running Windows XP with Asian fonts installed.
