Hi bloogoo,
the place to go to buy guitars and other music gear is nagwon arcade in insadong (nearest subway station is jongak,line 1).I'm not sure if they carry out repairs, but there are several guitar shops in the arcade (you may find someone who'll offer to fix it). Good luck.

nagwon is indeed the place to go as far as buying stuff. they have everything.
anything guitar-related can be answered by harpeau on this site.
he posted a review of different guitar repair people a few months back and tho the search function on dave's works as good as confucianism, you should be able to find it after reading through his posts.
metal driver in hongdae is where i go for my (electric) repairs. the guy rules. |

Steve Kim @ MD (Metal Driver) in Hongdae rocks! Also, check out Deeleebob Guitar shop in Haebangcheon. Lance is also good.
BTW, the best way to get to Nagwon Archade is via Jongroe 3 ga Exit #5. |
