Hi. Can anyone tell me in what month/s the winter camps usually run? I'm coming back to Korea in November and hope to get a uni job in March 2008, so have some free time to fill in the months between.

I've tried the search funtion but it's of very little use.

Cheers,

Duncan

Camps happen in late December and most of January

Cheers. A second search attempt under 'wintercamp' was more fruitful. Looks like I'll need to arrange a C-4 visa as I'll be on my tourist visa when I arrive.

Thanks,

Duncan

Its best to get the C4 before you arrive. Its usually done that way.

Good advice, but I'm intending to be back in Korea by as early as October so that I can spend a couple of months just hanging out and studying Korean, so I'll just pay the extra cash and get the ferry to Japan in order to get the C-4.

On the topic of studying Korean, I'm sure I'd need a student visa for a university course, but how about just attending one of the private hagwons? If a hagwon also requires a student visa then I'll just hang out in libraries and talk to lonely old ladies on the bus for 2 months Smile
