Following the squeaky wheel gets the grease mentality, I find out which student's mother is the one complaining... then pay extra attention to make sure the little whiner is happy in class. It's usually just one or two who's mothers have nothing better to do than call the school on a daily basis.
Thankfully my boss isn't the type to annoy the teachers everytime a mother complains though. We often don't even hear about it till there have been several complaints.
And using the line "Well I want to, but Wonjangnim says...." to the kids really does work...whether or not he/she actually said it. |
