How the *beep* is that a misdemeanor? How drunk do you have to be for it it be a felony? Jesus, some beer is only 3.2 percent alcohol. Looks like those charges were dropped. She was charged with 7 misdemeanors, including two counts of DUI and one of being under the influence of cocaine.

In semi-related news, Nicole Richie serves 82 minutes in jail.

She was in a cell, a private cell, for 35 minutes. |

1 day in jail will certainly rehabilitate the lovely Lindsay Lohan-she is for certain going to stop abusing drugs and alcohol, and never have another DUI.
She can go to Vegas again-it's the beginning of a happily ever after story for Lindsay and the Lohan family. |
