Wow, what a great weekend for football.

ND and Michigan go down.

Just goes to show no one's invincible.

I am not sure if any of you have looked at this site:
http://85.92.128.155/~myp2p/forum/viewtopic.php?id=17583

I would suggest adding that site as a favorite.

They seem to update every week what games are guaranteed to be streamed for the coming college football week. I love that site and whoever streams those games with all my football lovin' heart.

So far for this coming weekend the guaranteed streams will be:

Saturday, Sept. 8

11:00 am West Virginia at Marshall (ESPN2)
sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/25268

12:00 Miami at Oklahoma (ABC)
sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/27362

2:30 North Carolina State at Boston College (ESPN2)
sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/25268

3:30 Oregon at Michigan (ABC)
sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/27362

5:45 South Carolina at Georgia, (ESPN2)
sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/25268

(NOTICE: This stream WILL go to MLB Cleveland at Los Angeles Angels at 9 p.m. REGARDLESS of the score/time left in the game.)

10:15 Colorado at Arizona State (FSN)
sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/27362

(May be joined in progress if MLB Milwaukee at Cincinnati runs long.)

Go Bulldogs! (of the Fresno State variety)

Cool, but I was hoping to see PSU/ND. I have a feeling I would enjoy that game.

Holy crap, I just saw that Oregon St. got thumped 34-3 by Cincinnati. Look for the Bearcats to enter the top 25 soon.

How about Louisville giving up 48 points and 555 yards (290 passing, 265 rushing) to Middle Tennessee? Louisville won 58-42, but damn their defense must suck!

Surely this performance by Louisville should give voters reason to drop them from their current #8 spot. The voters booted Michigan out of their # 5 spot - out of the top 25 - for losing to App State. How about bumping Louisville out of the top 15 for giving up so many points and yards to Middle Tennessee?

If I find a stream for it I will post it here. Speaking of this game, I think it is going to get uuuugggly. I think Nortre Dame is about to get spanked for the second week in a row. ND beat PSU last year 41-17 @ ND, however, however, we all know what this weekend will be like. ND is starting a freshman too, good luck with that Charlie Weiss.

My head says LSU, but my heart is rooting for the Hokies.

Virginia Tech's offensive line is absolutely horrible. Its been bad since 1998. The reason Tech has been so good is because they've always had a scrambling quarterback that could compensate for crappy O-Line. Oh yeah, the Offensive coordinator has the most Vanilla plays. He just so happens to also be the O-Line Coach. His name is Bryan Stinespring.

Look at the time stamp of this post, and you are hearing it from me now.

1. 3rd and long, Tech will throw a screen pass.

2. Any audible where Sean Glennon looks to the sidelines for the new play will result in a running play.

3. You will see the same 4 offensive plays, over and over and over. It is:

Run. Run. Screen Pass. Punt.

And YES, punting is no longer a Special teams play. It is an Offensive play. VT's Defense scores more points than the offense. You heard it from me first. After the game, I will say "I told you so". I know this because its been like this for the past 8 years. Ironically, ever since Stinespring became the Offensive Coordinator.

Oh course, Frank Beamer is so loyal to his assistant coaches that he will never admit that VT's Offense has always been the stumbling block for VT to join the football Elite.

Bud Foster - One of the best defensive coordinators in college football. Look at VT's defense in the past 10 years.
Frank Beamer - One of the Best Special teams coaches ever.
Bryan Stinespring - Bryan who?
