This is Pavlov, she was rescued from a dog shelter in Daejon a few months ago. She is approximately 5-6 months old.

Unfortunately the man who adopted her is a US teacher who is experiencing some visa problems and he has had to leave Korea (yesterday) and was unable to afford to take Pavlov home with him.

When she was rescued from the dog shelter, she was very timid (see first picture). Now she is a very happy young dog who gets along well with people and other dogs (she is currently staying with my golden retriever and a shih tzu at my place). She is fully house-trained and is an energetic girl who loves to go for walks.

She is up to date with her immunization shots and my vet says she is in excellent health.

Why is one ear all floppy like?

Some dogs are just like that.

My parents have a terrier who is the same - one ear pricks up when she's interested in what's going on, the other always stays down.

There is nothing wrong with her hearing or anything like that, it's just the way some dogs are.

Good lord, she is cute. I hope you can find a home for her. We're going home in a few months and already have one critter to fly home.
