I'll start this:

There is a pack mentality with the English - thats why they have always been a historically good army - however with no big wars to fight - you can see this in the bars and the beaches of Spain instead. It dosn't matter how well behaved and nice when an Englisman is on his own an sober - get him drinking and with his mates (with the sun on his back) and he turns into a proper pain in the arse.

NIMBYism is at its worst in England, a bad case scenario was the posh housing estate in Surrey who protested about the army buying a house there for a rehabilitation centre for returning injured Iraq veterans because of the noise level the inhabitants would make!

We think we are going to win before every major sporting tournaments. We are good losers but not very gracious winners. We win something and we don't shut up for years and years talking about it.

Foreign languages - We don't 'do' foreign languages - we slag the French off for not speaking English to us when we go to Calais but woe betide a French person who comes to England without any knowledge of English. They are going to be stuck lik a penguin in the amazon river.

A certain narrow minded English person who complains about immigrants 'coming here and taking our jobs/burdening the health service' their anwser to the problem? They emigrate their damn selves! To a place usually as multi cultural as the one they left!

Chavs - worskhy, violent and stupid. Not very strong nor brave but very dangerous in gangs please refer to paragraph 1. Also none of the bastards seem to have fertitlity problems and breed like rabbits with their foul life companions.

Thats it for now, I'm sure there is more!

the thought that "yankee" or "yank" actually has any power as an insult.

I'm English and I have to agree with much of the above.

Edit: brought my text out of the OP's text.

I used to dislike the English a little bit, but then I found out how homely the women are there. Now I just feel sorry for you guys.

English people don't percieve 'yank' to be an insult.

I hate to break this to you, Clive, but our women are easy for everybody. Then again, maybe they feel sorry for you too.

i just get frustrated with people who lose their shit over stuff that comes out of england, like it's automatically good if it comes from a limited gene pool.

not one good, original band has come out of england in 30 years. i challenge anyone to argue me on that.

it's ridiculous to see a brit magazine and how many festivals they have in that country and how many shit bands are playing them, and how the world still kisses their asses, as if the beatles are still carrying everyone.

brits? i'm fine with them. innocuous. boring even. but the music? i'd rather be raped by a man made of cactuses.

This is coming from a Canadian? Rolling Eyes

I liked 'men without hats' though. The safety dance was ace! Canada's sole contribution to decent music.

Oh, and Gordon Lightfoot! Very Happy
