Seoul or Fukuoka 
Sorry to give a bad answer but there is nowhere I know in changwon...I go to these 2 places to do my shopping.
Sometimes I find little surprises,like a few weeks ago in new core they had some good and cheap t-shirts but these are few and far between and the kind of here today never to be seen again situation.
The best is perhaps Lotte and that is not good....
I don't mind Giordano for basic stuff though.... |

| i've bought my boyfriend stuff at ASK down in Jungang-dong, near o'briens and the Who A.U. shop has decent cargos and basic tops too. |

I got a pretty cool shirt at a store... well, I can't remember the name now. It was adjacent to a store called M.Dot, I believe.
I was at Lotte the other day and I find a lot of their clothing over priced. I haven't looked up stairs at E-mart...
