|
|
Hi,
I posted before about this, and I'm still working on it.
Someone has lost my BA diploma. It was sent over for my E-2 Visa for the public school I was working at.
I asked my school for it and they said city hall had it. I asked city hall and they said the recruiter had it. I asked the recruiter and they said the school had it.
So what I need to know is how does the Visa get processed? I'm pretty sure the recruiter fills out the stuff and submits it as part of their duties. Is this right?
I essentially just need to know how the visa issuing process works, so I know who to pressure.
Thanks |

The school submits the documents and applies for your visa confirmation number.
The school is where your degree is at. The person who did the running around has lost or misplaced it or has been replaced and the new person has no idea which cupboard or filing cabinet it is in. |
