How many years of experience does she have? My two teaching cousins did the international school route here in Korea back in the 1990's and really enjoyed it.
But if she has years of experience, then I would suggest the NET program in Hong Kong as they increase your salary for every year of experience you have. It has to be in the age range that you hired to teach. So your high school experience only counts if you teach high school in HK. But with all those years, you would be at the top of the HK food chain and that is a nice place to be.
