| Are those the ones that are already dried and gutted, that kind of look like kippers? If so, I suppose you could either fry them, or if you have an oven, put them under the broiler to warm them up. I've never bought them myself, this is just a guess. |

| if they are dried puty them in soup or a stew, you could also fry them |
