Having spent the afternoon in the garden- planting herbs, lemongrass and sorrel, and cotemplating some serious landscaping, I am now having a nice glass of Spanish Jumilla (a very nice red wine) and settling in for the evening.
This afternoon I made Key limeade from limes from the garden.

I do miss Korea- especially in the fall- but it is the beginning of garden season in South Florida, and I just bought some nice black ginger plants and yellow-pink orchids.

Asa.

Having a good glass of Bacardi and Coca-Cola on this Wednesday night before Buddhas Birthday, one of the very few week days you have off in Korea! LOL!

Nice to have bumped this old thread I_teach_ESL. Thanks.

Just finished packing boxes to ship home. Hope they arrive before I do....

Wondering if someone is going to call. Procrastinating going to the post office to ship said packages because I know the minute I walk out the door the phone will ring....

not planning to exert myself today. Unlike most I am off work today. Very Happy Do have to take care of the boxes, go to the bank and clean the floors....

In bed with a bad stomach that I've had for the last couple'a days. I'm now starting to regret eating that grilled cheese sandwich with dill pickles.

At least I got to take the motorcycle for a ride during the sunny afternoon. Got a nice little sunburn on my arms and nose!

It's 4 AM in Costa Rica and I'm sipping on a screwdriver as I write some sales training material for our staff to be distibuted Tuesday.

But only hours ago I was "entertaining" a beautiful senorita--a full evening--yes indeed.

Staring at that stuffed monkey with his hands over his head. In Merlot's avatar.

And wondering why I picked a girl who's even MORE disorganised than me. Than I. Than I am.

Okay, I've straightened up and plan on having a mellow weekend, albiet the devil herself is peeking over my left shoulder right now trying to convince me to go downtown for drinks, and that can lead to all sorts of fun trouble.
