My lady really needs to gain weight. I need to lose it. I know what I need to do to lose it, but what kind of eating plan/work-out should she be doing to gain?

How long would it take her to gain another 4 to 5 kgs? Her average body weight used to be around 49. |
What does her other leg weigh? |

| No, she doesn't need to gain weight. I weigh around 45kgs myself. I wouldn't want to be above 50. That's considered fat here by many. |

Then don't tell them....It's not like it's there business anyway. I occasionally tell people how much I way just for the look of shock. I weight above 50 but I have muscle so I don't feel bad about it in the slightest....
My boyfriend is pretty thin too. I bought him a Dunkin Donuts card in the hopes he'd take a hint...It didn't work out so well. I would say get your girlfriend snacking. Not necessarily high fat garbage but just more intake...it's got to add up....
Wow....I guess I was correct in my assessment

What To Eat To Gain Weight
Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats. Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you.
Healthy fats include omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon, flax, and walnuts. Good sources of protein include lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes. Healthy carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
It may be easier to eat five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather than eating three large meals, especially if you are not used to eating much at one sitting.
Protein powders and nutritional supplement drinks such as Ensure can be added as in-between meal snacks if you still need more calories. Some protein powders are flavored and only need added water and some others can be blended with your choice of juice or milk to improve the taste.
It would also be a healthy idea to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psyllium powder to add some omega-3 essential fatty acids and extra fiber.
Dietary Supplements and Gaining Weight
A high-quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good idea to make sure you are getting all of the vitamins and minerals you need. Some people find that their muscle mass increases with protein supplements that contain certain blends of amino acids such as creatine and glutamine. Some people who are very ill may need liquid nutritional preparations that are available through their doctors.
Resistive Exercise To Gain Weight
Exercise is also important for healthy weight gain. Resistance training exercises such as lifting weights will help to increase your muscle size. Aerobic exercises such as running and stationary bicycling are better for fat loss and excessive aerobic training may cause you to lose more weight. Resistance training can be done at a health club, gym or at home with the proper equipment.
Remember that it can take a while to gain the weight you need, but be patient and continue to choose healthy foods until you reach your goal weight. |

Princess, I thought I read that you're a guy and a troll in another thread, but just for everyone else's info...
The Korean exercise therapist she went to last year, and the Korean doctor, both told her she needs to get to around 50 to 52kgs. She'd like to get to around 50. Like many Korean girls, she suffers genetically from no booty syndrome, and with the loss of the extra weight, she's got almost nothing.

My friend needed to gain weight after surgery and the doctor recommended nuts. Try unsalted peanuts (not technically a nut), even peanut butter. Nuts have lots of calories but healthy fats and various other nutrients.

Is she still having her period? When you drop so much weight (notably body fat) that your body decides it's pointless to birth babies into a famine, you know you really need to gain weight. |

I'll assume she's Korean.
Tell her to exercise and gain some muscle. K-girls are thin here, but they're also about as athletic as a twig. I bet she also eats a lot of veggies and eats little meat. You two go out and eat galbi or samgypsal and I bet she munches on the side dishes and you eat most of the meat.
Get her to eat more meat. Meat=protiens=muscle/fat.
If neither of those work...get her pregnant. Worked for my wife. She's actually exercising a bit now and I think she'll look better after losing the baby weight than she did before the babies.
As for you OP. There is an easy way to lose weigt. It's called amputation. |

You weigh less than our photocopier. I don't mean the big old floor-model Fuji-Xerox monster -- I mean our new laserjet multifunction printer that I just carried up to the office and installed on a tabletop a few minutes ago. You weigh less than that. |
