I don't mind paying for the bag, it's just funny when I have a cart full of groceries and the salesperson asks me if I need one. Then, he or she gives me only one bag and I have to explain that I cannot fit all the groceries in one bag. |

Along the same lines, how about having to put your backpack in a locker. I didn't think there was more shoplifting here than in America, but the security seems more tight here. And how about buying a few shirts on one floor, only to be told yuou have to put them in a locker before shopping for groceries. UGH! One time I was shopping for groceries and I had about 10 security thugs come at me about my backpack. I knew what they were saying but I just feigned ignorance for about 10 minutes to piss them off.
I guess I'd better calm down and not expect this to be like home. It's just things like this are ridiculous! |

I have WAY too many small black bags from the nearby market. Like shawner asked, how come the small markets don't charge for the bags? |
