the poor traffic guy at Emart who's supposed to hold the cars back for the pedestrians, and then the pedestrians for the cars: no one listens to him. BUT, they never seem downtrodden about having a truly thankless job, they just whistle, wave, and let everyone barge through.

I feel more sorry for the hot girl at Shinshgae depart-a store doing the same thing because, well, she's hot.

the guy in the big black car on his cell phone who had to come to a
sudden stop at the crosswalk with red light. I really didn't mean to stand
in front of his car until the light turned green, it was a reflex action of
some sort.

Laughing I had that same experience the other day. I tapped the hood of his car with my umbrella, pointed it at him, and went on my merry way. God forbid that I cross the street at the proper place and at the designated time. He must have been very important Rolling Eyes .

I feel sorry for the middle-aged moms who have to dress up as cheerleaders and stand at the end of the aisles at Homeplus and Homever. It's one thing if you're a lot younger, but a middle-aged mom? If they did that back home, it would be pure hell for the kids. (at school) "Oh, yeah, by the way . . . your mom helped me out at Wal-Mart last night. She was looking REAL sexy in her cheerleader outfit."

Along the same lines as above, I feel bad for all the ajummas who have to line up and do that daft dance when Lotte Mart opens at 10am. If you never seen it performed, make an effort to get there just before it opens.

Here's a hilarious, but very short, video that all Korean drivers who are impatient with those crossing the street should see...very funny

Dude, those chickies and free samgyeopsal are two of the main reasons I tell my wife I will do the shopping every weekend.

Sounds like an -in to ask her out to dinner after you actually do stop upon her command (then, while all the angry ajoshis behind you driving those big black Korean luxury cars are honking at you to move on, tell the girl you wont go until she gives you her number).

...the good people who come to this board looking for answers, yet who have to deal with or look at the comments of losers.

You sound bitter about something, Gary. It's ironic that a fellow who is running a comedy club is so serious.

that's the same guy???

yeah... i just looked at his posting history, and it seems that you're right. garycooper, the guy who aspires to be a stand up comedian, is the same guy who's crying about suffering the consequences of being a complete tool.

garycooper, come on! keep your eyes on the prize, dude. you've been handed some quality stand-up material on a silver platter if you choose to play it right.

hint: b1tching and moaning is not the right way to play it.

Unexpected, but not ironic. Tell that to Jim Carrey, who is being very serious about Myanmar on YouTube.
