Yes. It's very nice. I actually have to go to work next monday though, which sucks. Kind of sad too... My kids have been giving me socks and little letters with broken english scribbled all over them...don't know what you're leaving until you leave I guess...

Ya agreed, I love the notes with "I love you teacher" on them. I'm not telling any of my kids until the last class. I have enough socks. I am really going to miss them though. Like inexhile said it was quite a learning experience.

Wow...wtf...you were way out of line there. You would deserve every single last one of the wand lashings.
Some of us even managed to survive getting knocked unconscious to get up and carry the festivities through til sunrise!

Tiger was right, the women here are beautiful, and have a great sense of humour, but yes I miss Pohang ajummas. Haven't caught a wave yet, but should do tomorrow.

The thread will live on! Not only will it one day be the longest living thread anywhere on the internet, but it is also going to be the staging ground for The Pohang Class of 2003 to organize their reunion in a few years time.

Well, while justaskdan is out for the month.. and WTF is packing for Fukuoka.. I'll try to keep this thread alive this weekend (if the prior two are packing and partying and such) by hearing Philippine stories!!

CEBU!! Thats the place I want to go.. I went to Luzon (that big island with Manila).. as well as Mindoro (the one with Puerto Galera).. but actually VISAYAS is where I want to go next time.

So how is Cebu? beautiful women, women with sense of humors.. ah yes, Filipinas love to smile laugh and tell jokes.. and tease.. a fun tease.. not the sexual tease.. that they take serious.. Wink

So you are hanging around Cebu for how many days? and how many days in Visayas? and how many in Philippines?

Inexhile, good to know that your in a good place and enjoying it. Me thinks Mokpo last winter must have been very quiet.

Tiger Beer I'll still be posting from Phuket so the thread will live on.

Joe - Many beers, and I'll tell you about my punk experiences from the Smiling Buddah and Starfish Room days in Vancouver. I met Mike Ness for one.
