Hello,
I am thinking of moving to Busan and am wondering if there are any realtors on-line for the Busan area. Looking to rent. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Already looked at pusanweb.com.

Sure, public schools and hagwons will serve as your rental realtor while in Korea! All free of charge after you sign an English teaching employment contract. You can go to Korea and rent, but the key money ends up to be millions of won. Yes, deposits are big money in Korea and Japan as you might already know. Schools take care of finding and providing an apartment as they could not possibly get a teacher if not providing housing in the land of crazy high deposits.
As for finding realtors and doing a deal, a Korean partner sure would come in handy for these sorts of things unless you speak fluent Korean and have many years of Korea experience to know what you are doing with confidence. |
