Ok, I am not sure if this should be in the Q&A forum, but...

I am gonna head over to Yongsan El Land Staurday (in the neighbourhood) to buy a printer and web-cam. Anyone know if these items are any cheaper than, say, Kim's PC Sales in Sticksville?

Also, anyone have any web-cam to suggest purchasing? www.cnet.com always has good info., unfortunately the models are usually not sold in Korea, or not all (that are sold in Korea) are rated.

Shoosh,

Ryst

I got a webcam from Yongsan this morning (So I can see my BF who's hundreds of miles away down in the South. Sob) It cost me 29,000 WON. It's a 'Kocom' and is really neat in appearance and gives a good quality output. It can be clipped onto a laptop, or used freestanding.

You can get 'LEB' cameras for around 27,000, and they seem to be the ones that are easiest to find, but having seen them both at work, I think the Kocom one is much better in terms of quality.

I bought an Evercam from Emart for 38,600 won. It has the clearest picture of any webcam that I have ever seen. (If you look at the webcams at Emart... The Evercam is red and white and it rocks.)

I highly recommend it!
