OK, here's the situation... I want to buy some Wal Mart giftcards as presents. I have been doing this online for the past several years. Well, much to my chagrin, Wal Mart accepts your order only to email you the next day saying your order has been cancelled. After going several rounds with them, they finally said that their new online shopping program automatically cancels all orders placed from foreign IPs. So, any suggestions besides the obvious like, have your mom place the order, or something... Thanks. |

Look for a stateside proxy server to get around it. I don't have a link handy but google is your friend. |

check out a cool program called tor, it is an anonymizer i've had trouble finding reliable proxies. this is also a great way around the rapidshare wait times.
you might want to get more details, i know it's not 100% secure, this is true for a lot of proxies too, you want to make sure you not going through some unsecure proxy where all your credit card info is available. |
