I was going to tell you to check out Hash House Harriers, buut I don't think they can live up to that distance/pace. |

I've been doing the treadmill every day for the past month. I can run about 4 kilometers before I pass out. How long will it take me to reach my goal of 10 kilometers? I have small arches, so I get a lot of pain in my shin muscles, but I've been trying to ignore the pain. |

seoul flyers run in the mornings by the river...thy have a site.
I doubt you'll find anyone willing to go that slow.
Surely you have your numbers wrong? You probably mean miles?
For 10ks 4:30 to 5mins per km is average or reasonable.
More than 6 and you are pretty much walking.
not intended to take the piss by the way |

Sorry for asking, but are your shoe-laces slack enough?
I had a few times before, you could try gradually building up to speed.
Trying to get a good lift when taking a foot of the ground will do wonders for your stride.
I am dying to get out in a tracksuit, now that the balmy weather has gone.
I used to do halfs at about 1:45 pace. Built for comfort, not speed. |

I think you are taking the PI55. The OP states that he/she runs at a pace of 7mins/mile, over 20kms, is a reasonable pace. |

You sure you're numbers aren't wrong?
I think 7.5 min/mile is about 4:40 min/Km (give or take a few seconds) |
