Where else on the internet could you go to get the same level of intellectual stimulation, witty banter and never-ending good cheer that we all find here?

Actually, I think it makes perfect sense to continue to post here. As has been said many times before, Korea gets under your skin. Even the many who have whined while they were here have found themselves coming back. But even if not coming back, it certainly makes sense while decompressing once you move on. Few outside our little group can relate to so many of the experiences we've had. Add to that that many of us become familiar with a lot of 'people' here and it is normal to keep in touch with them.

I don't know and don't really care. But those of us wading through the Xanadu thread certainly appreciate that you stopped the highjack.

Depends on your conversation topics.

For me, I live in Korea, but I almost never post on Job Discussion or the Korean Forum. I am however, all over Travel, Current Events and Off-Topic!

What about posting when you've never even been to Korea?

Yeah I think its a little...(um how should I say) gay to post on here when you are not even in the country. I was back home in the states throwing hookers through plate glass windows for over 3 months and not once did I feel the urge to post on Dave's.

I think Otis is a fine example for all. Leave. Stop fighting the old battles.

I think it's all good. Yeah I'm in Korea now, but I'd probably post occasionally after I leave. It keeps things interesting to have posters from outside the ROK. Trolls, socks, lifers, losers, whoever - it's all good. And if you don't like it, Al Gore will get angry and pull the plug on his internet, so play fair!

Your post plus the pic plummeted you from #5 in my current ratings of posters worth reading to #83. (I'm SURE you will factor in my disapproval in your future behavior.)

Um yeah. Like Otis is a typical example of people posting from outside Korea.
