i have posted before and leads i got.....really didnt get me anywhere.

i am currently in ulsan...i have been here for several months. when i left home, i did bring some meds with me. im not going to list all of my med issues, but i have had several broken bones, and bone tumors.

anyway....ive had too many surgeries to count. at home i was treating my pain issues with medicine. i know that korea does have stricter rules on medicines.

ulsan does happen to be a smaller area....and meds may not be as available.

could anyone point me to either an international clinic, or pain management facility that may help me.

the time ive been here ive tried to go out with meds that i have been on....but 7 years of medical treatment, that worked, after stopping there is alot of falling back on my phyical health and feeling.

im still here for a bit. i have gotten prescriptions for norco, and hydrocodone, but have had no luck getting the meds here in ulsan. (only prescriptions)

travel is an option. if seouls internation clinic can help me out...then so be it.

so again....please. anyone who can help me messege me. i need some repreive from this everyday issue. i would rather not leave...i love korea, im just not loving my feeling.

and yes alternative treatments have helped a bit....but not enough.

thanks in advance.

Hey dude, sorry to hear yer feeling crappy. Hopefully I can help you out. I suffer from Crohn's and had to abbreviate my last stay in Korea because of a massive flareup. My doctor back home prescribed azathioprine, and the Itaewon clinic prescribed it no problem when I returned. The pharmacy I then went to was a little taken aback because this med is NOT common in Korea, but it was eventually resolved and taken care of. Go to the Itaewon international clinic and they should be able to help you out. Hope this helps
