I can't believe this! All these stories of being manhandled, groped, rubbed, exhibitionism... Not that I don't believe these things happened, but how come no one, absolutely no one, gave these jerks a piece of her mind in the form of a knee into the groin?


TODAY'S LESSON:
If a perv grabs your hiney or otherwise assaults you in any unwanted way, turn around and face the perv. Then follow the simple steps described below.

1) Look him in the eye and maintain eye contact.
2) Put your hands on his sholders and say loud and clear "NO!"
3) Keep a firm hold of perv's shoulders in order to immobilize the perv.
4) Drive your knee into the perv's groin as forcibly as you can. Hold nothing back!
5) Repeat the manouver as many times as necessary.

You can also deliver your affectionate caress from a distance. This way you don't have to touch the perv but can still jingle his bells. This variation of the manouver can easily be learned from any football or socker tape. Now go and practice!

As repulsive as it is to actually be groped, the topic of sexuality in Korea fascinates me. From the research I was reading yesterday (where I found the word 'frotteurism') apparently Confucian ideals are still very much dominant in this department, and so groping, harassment and even rape are still considered an expression of masculinity and not abusive toward the physical and psychological rights of women etc. Interesting stuff... for those who are interested in delving deeper into this issue the research I found is here:

Its all good, I found the trend of universal circumcision as a modern day right of passage for Korean teenagers especially bizarre and random. What Asian culture would institutionalize such a barbaric practice in order to appear modern? Thats right! Its Korea! [/url]

Turning around and giving the guy a swift knock to the family jewels would be many people's reaction I'm sure. I wonder if it would work in this country with their ass-backward laws. Couldn't the guy being hit in the balls then report you to the police for assault? I feel like here in Korea.... you'd end up feeling the firm hand of the law on top of having that firm hand grope you.
