I love it how guys only want sex from girls and girls are too oblivious to notice. Have you ever stopped to think that perhaps they're casting a net?

Yeah the whole "guy" friend thing pisses me off. Before, my gf had some guy "friends". So, I decided to hang out with some fellow girl teachers. But she got all pissy about that. Why can she hang out with other guys but I can't hang out with other girls? Why can she talk with other guys on MSN but I can't talk with other girls?

Have you ever noticed that when you break up with a girl (that's for you Jackie) she usually finds a bf really quickly but you are left all alone? Usually if a guy is really into his gf, he seems to abandon his friends and everyone, but when break-up time comes, the gf snatches up another guy pretty quick right? Girls like to keep a "reserve" of "guy" friends on the back-burner in case you turn out to be a failed Romeo. Then they pick up with one of those "friends" and try and start something new after your relationship has died.

So here's a warning guys: Be careful of your gf's "guy" friend because he will probably be the one to stab you in the back later.

You should keep some girl "friends" around. I always do.

Usually my gf would get so jealous, that I thought it would be better to just hang out with her and the other guys. But she continued meeting guys and thought she was doing no wrong.

Girls have some kinda' weird mind control thing goin' on. If I do it=bad
she does it=no problem

It's not mind control. It's called being selfish and irresponsible. I can understand why they do it, though - it's probably some kind of defense mechanism developed from a past hurt. I usually try to stay away from those girls, but unfortunately, the ones who aren't like that are very few.

It works both ways as well. When I dress all pretty and metro, I have Asian girls give me that look too. I'm very perceptive though. I read eyes like a hawk. It's so intense that I easily get giddy inside. It can be hard to keep my cool without going all Clark Kent.

When I dress more masculine, I seem to attract more western ladies.

By the way, I'm full of myself. Only on ESL cafe though...usually...

True though. I mean, when I make the effort to look good, the vibes do go out. It's a great feeling.

I can see why women put in the serious effort to send out 'the vibe'. Plus, I'd imagine, from their perspective, you never know when you might meet someone you ARE interested in, and you want to be giving off that good vibe - regardless if your vibe attracting all the other riff-raff in the process.

it's interesting how this has "evolved" from mini skirts and male perverts to human relationship theory. i guess the subjects aren't worlds apart when you really dissect it, but still...

greatest movie to watch when you feel like all relationships and people are just forever and hopelessly F'ed up: "2046" by wong kar wai.

Summer revisited ...
Just a question which I've always been curious about.
When a woman wears a short skirt, and a guy kind of looks too long or even looks - he might say, 'nice legs' - he will be considered a pervert - the woman might put her hand over her skirt or give him a nasty look. Maybe he'll even get a slap.
Then, why do women wear such short skirts if this is the typical response? I mean, every man and his dog is kind of that way inclined. If they are not worn for the purpose of posing, why are they worn?
Enlighten me, please.

PS: I personally never look. I'm too afraid for that.
PPS: I also don't believe it's because the weather is 'hot.' There are other items of clothes that can be worn, like shorts or long thin-fabric pants.

On a related question, if women don't like it when men stare at them...why do they wear those loud, noisy high-heeled shoes that sound like they have marbles imbedded in the heels, that you can hear from the far side of the parking lot? I find that irritating as hell. You'd think a platoon of jackbooted Waffen SS was goose-stepping down the street or something.
