I've heard about these new criminal checks, and I agree with them for the most part, but I'm wondering if there is anything written yet that explains what exactly are considered acceptable "crimes"
To clarify, I have a DUI/Drink-Driving offense back in Canada, and in Canada that is considered a criminal offense. I'd like to know if this is going to prevent me from applying for another E-2 visa after my present one expires.
Does any one have any insight (or a link)? |

I would like to know this too. Also, do arrests show on a check if you weren't convicted? |
