Anyone here have dual citizenship in Korea?
Is anyone aware of the law and ways around it, exceptions etcetera?
Pending legislation or any other useful information in this regard? |

Dual citizenships exist. Koreans CAN by birth or naturalization hold dual nationalities
BUT
Korean law does NOT recognise their dual citizenships. If you are Korean, you are Korean in the eyes of Korean law.
There are ways to avoid complications. What are you trying to do? |
