I know that some of the Americans that live and work in Korea are in fact veterans who had served in Korea and stayed there after getting out.

I have a question in regards to the CRC that is now required to get a work visa in Korea.....would it be possible for veterans to call the Provost Marshall's office at Yongsan, Osan, Camp Casey or Camp Humphreys and get a certified form from them saying that a person has no criminal record that could be used as a valid CRC for the visa? Has any vetersn inquired about this?

It might cut down on the time it would take for the vet to get their CRC for a job.......

Just a thought......
